With 1^st and 2^nd tier construction experience, he has successfully delivered projects exceeding $100m+ in live, sensitive environments across multiple sectors including workplace, commercial, health, tertiary, and retail

Frank is a highly experienced Pre-Construction Manager with a Degree in Construction Management and over 16 years of industry expertise, specialising in high-scale fit-out and refurbishment projects.

He plays a pivotal role in securing projects that align with Girvan’s risk profile and financial objectives, while fostering strong client relationships to support long-term profitability. As the leader of the Estimating Team, Frank oversees the development of detailed cost estimates, budgets, and schedules, ensuring thorough project planning and readiness. Frank’s technical acumen allows him to identify risks and opportunities through careful review of architectural and engineering documentation. He presents pre-construction programs and methodologies with clarity and confidence, supporting informed decision-making.

He leads tender handover meetings and works collaboratively with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery. Frank is deeply committed to Work Health & Safety (WHS) and quality standards, embedding these principles into all aspects of cost planning.

With a strong focus on team development, Frank ensures his team is well-trained, supported, and equipped to meet project demands. He also manages project schedules and resource planning to drive successful execution across all phases of delivery.

Lee has over 11 years of experience and has been a key member of the Girvan Queensland team for nine years.

He joined the business while completing his Bachelor of Construction Management, initially working as a Contracts Administrator before progressing into Estimating and now leading pre-construction as Pre-Construction Manager. In this role, Lee is actively involved across all aspects of operations, providing both strategic oversight and hands-on leadership to support successful project delivery.

Lee brings strong commercial acumen and technical capability to every project, working closely with clients and stakeholders from early planning through to completion. His strengths in programming and commercial management enable tight control of budgets and timelines, fostering clear communication, collaborative decision-making and consistently reliable outcomes for clients.

Antonio is a born-and-bred estimator. He offers more than 20 years’ experience in the fit-out industry, and his attention to detail makes him the best in class. Antonio is responsible for all our Estimating needs nationally.

Antonio is a solutions-man, with an incredible affinity for understanding clients’ needs and expectations. He is highly skilled in tendering, project estimation, cost management, negotiation and quality control. Antonio has worked on some of Sydney’s most prestigious addresses, and takes great pride in everything he does.

Pauline brings strong local Sydney industry experience and an architectural background, giving her a well-rounded and thoughtful perspective within the Girvan team. She plays an important role in how opportunities are explored, shaped, and pursued together across the business.
