The project involved demolition, stripping out and refurbishing of existing tenancy fitouts on levels 16, 22, 23 and 25, upgrading lift lobbies, amenities and floor plates; including replacement of carpets and ceilings. The communal amenities facilities on level 39 were also comprehensively upgraded to include new water efficient fixtures.
The lift lobbies were refurbished with new stone floor tiles, stone and eucalyptus timber wall panelling, new ceilings combined with the installation of energy efficient lighting, upgraded air conditioning contributing to the energy savings.
By revitalising Gateway, the Girvan Group team have created a space that’s more attractive, sustainable and inviting for both tenants and visitors.
