requiring meticulous planning to schedule works during overnight and weekend hours. The client expressed great satisfaction, noting it as one of the best transformations they had seen, with both the public and tenants regularly stopping to photograph and admire the change.
High-end materials featured throughout, including Artedomus Max Calacatta 3-metre porcelain slabs, anodised bronze aluminium tube cladding, Rimex metal lift finishes, solid brass handrails with frameless glass balustrades, and integrated firefly feature lighting.
