Girvan Group was commissioned by Mirvac to complete the makegood of an industrial warehouse that included two double-story office buildings.
Significant renovations were implemented, particularly in the café area, which received new joinery, lighting, ceiling tiles, and vinyl flooring. Additionally, the project included the installation of new bathrooms, carpet for all office spaces, and vinyl flooring for wet and kitchenette areas.
The project delivered added value by ensuring an optimal result for the building and reinforcing client relationships. The materials utilised included concrete-look vinyl flooring, carpet tiles, laminate joinery, and fresh paint, which exemplified a job well done by our clients, Nutbrook and Mirvac.
