100 Creek Street
The breif was to reflect the look and feel of their student accomodation style in the front of house which has a modern, urban and “fun” style. The back of house brief was for the design to be an open plan reflecting their brand of an open minded company which included workstations, break out and collaboration areas with room for future expansion.
Uni Lodge also required 6 executive offices which we managed to fit within the space. Girvan Group engaged Chalmers Partners Architects to design a functional, branded and welcoming working environment which very well achieved this.
Our team here at Girvan Group co ordinated this project exceptionally well with the client, contractors and suppliers which ultimately led to the successful completion of this projet which was procured and completed in 6 weeks including some design changes to the back of house midway through the works. Uni Lodge moved in on their requested date.
