Abacus Property Group recently engaged Girvan Group on a D&C contract to fit out the vacant tenancy on Level 7, 14 Martin Place for their incoming tenant.
The heritage facade and surrounding buildings was the main feature for the space keeping the interior quite minimal and letting the surrounds voice itself being at this prime location.
Girvan Group collaborated closely with Abacus Property Group to achieve this great outcome as well as coordinating other works on the floor at the same time ensuring we took all corrective measures working in a live environment.
