141 Walker Street
Space & Co is a professional yet creative working environment. Girvan Group were engaged to complete the works at 141 Walker Street North Sydney. The works consisted of a new concierge desk at the main entry foyer, under the newly installed lightstudio designed feature lights. A new directory board was installed behind the main desk. Following along the corridor of the lift lobby a new full height Green Wall was installed.
The feature lighting continues from the main entry. Modification were made to an existing concierge desk, to complement the new joinery bench seating. All furniture was replaced through-out the main lobby area, including the installation of new carpet towards the rear of the communal space.
The existing tiled walls were cleaned & a new paint finish to the partition walls. The lift lobby walls were re-clad with a feature finish.
