Girvan embarked on an inspiring journey in partnership with Dexus to complete the transformation of the EOT facilities at the prestigious 145 Ann Street in the heart of Brisbane, Queensland. Their mission was nothing short of extraordinary as they joined forces with WMK Architecture to orchestrate the conversion, breathing life into the existing plantroom and turning it into an exciting Wellness Centre.
This venture was nothing short of a complex and intricate programme, that came with challenges that tested the boundaries of logistics and space utilisation.
