JLL approached Girvan Group to design and construct a tenancy suite within a condensed timeframe that maximises the functionality of a small workspace. Our design team used texture and dark colours to achieve a minimalist aesthetic.
The space can easily be adapted for quiet and focused work, or can be opened for collaborative working. Small pods can be used for one-to-one meetings while the kitchen breakout space is open and designed for collaboration, allowing staff an informal work station.
Polished concrete and textured wallpapers give the space an industrial and modern feeling, with planter boxes and modular furniture adding pops of colour to the otherwise monochromatic space. The Girvan Group Queensland construction team managed all trades to ensure the project was delivered on time without compromising quality or budget.
