2 Chifley Square
As Chifley Tower offers commanding views of both the Sydney CBD and iconic harbour, the design intent was to capture this in all aspects of the planning to attract prospective tenants.
In addition to speed to market, a key element of the design was the flexibility built into the space with the possibilities of future expansion.
Construction elements consisted of a boardroom and breakout space that takes full advantage of the amazing view, waiting areas with customised screens, feature lighting, pops of greenery giving the space a light and fresh atmosphere, while bespoke joinery was incorporated throughout the suite.
