Girvan Group were engaged by TBC to complete a full refurbishment on Level 6 for two tenancies.
Being in the contemporary commercial tower located on 201 Miller Street meant the design of the space were to interest prospective tenants who were looking for a contemporary workspace in the heart of North Sydney. The floor to ceiling windows floods the workspace with natural light, offering enviable views of the Sydney Harbour.
Girvan Group ensured the project was on budget, programme with the quality always provided for the clients. Budget restraints didn’t compromise the design as we worked closely with the designer to ensure value engineering options were up to standard to ensure successful leasing and longevity.
