Girvan Group were engaged by Dexus to complete a full floor refurbishment of the fitout works to Suites 1-5, Level 44, Australia Square. The team successfully handed over all suites on time even though some challenges came along the way given the tight programme. The design was inspired by Australian landmarks giving each suite a different theme and colour palette which was associated with the selected landmark.

Wellness and biophilia were part of the brief which Girvan Group ensured all the key design elements and features were as per the design. The corridor and core rooms were also complete by Girvan Group ensuring consistency with the other refurbished floors as this was paramount to the client brief.
