    Girvan embarked on an exciting venture at 288 Edward St, Brisbane, when they were engaged by Marquette Properties to transform Level 21 and Level 22 into alluring speculative suites. To bring this vision to life, Girvan joined forces with Bearspace to craft modern, captivating spaces that would draw new prospective tenants to these three distinct suites.

    The project included three unique tenancies, each boasting its own individual design, yet they were seamlessly interconnected. Level 21’s Tenancy A sported a dark theme, while Level 22’s Tenancy B embraced a light and bright ambiance. Furthermore, Level 22 took this design a step further by incorporating a light theme adorned with captivating circles, evident in elements like the entrance archway and the inviting round tables.

    Despite the project’s demanding timeline across the two levels, it managed to not only stay within budget but also fulfill the desired design vision, making it a truly remarkable achievement!
