Girvan took on the challenge of demolishing, upgrading drainage, waterproofing, and fitting out existing balconies for TSA & Investa at 347 Kent St, Sydney. From liaising with key stakeholders to coordinating with engineers, we faced unique challenges head-on. We revised overflows to meet current BCA standards, designed new balustrades, and selected the best waterproofing products for optimal results.
Our WHS protocols ensured the project’s success, collaborating closely with building maintenance teams. Adding value every step of the way, we held weekly meetings, addressing design queries and concerns. From liquid and sheet waterproofing to stainless steel balustrades and composite decking, every detail was meticulously handled to deliver a superior end result.
