Partnering with IA Design & DBS Consulting, Girvan was engaged by @Dexus to deliver an End of Trip Facilities at 383 Kent Street, Sydney.
The facility was designed to promote health, wellbeing and productivity for their tenants. Works included new male and female amenities, service stations, modern bike storage, mechanical & electrical upgrade.
A panelled entrance sets a strong tone for the welcoming space that offers a seamless experience from start to finish. The light timber continues as a theme on the central cabinetry, sleek locker room, vanity stations and wardrobe facilities.
The use of curves, LED lighting and fresh colour palettes adds to the generous feel of the space. Fresh white tones open up the space, contrasted with touches of sage green.
Works were completed within a live environment, resulting in careful planning and expert execution.
