Girvan Group were commissioned by Mirvac to complete a speculative suite for leasing on a D&C basis.
The open plan and flexible layout was key to the design of this space as well as allowing the natural light and harbour views be the main driving element to lease this space. A substantial amount of concrete polishing encountered a problematic detail along the perimeter spandrel.
The Girvan Group team immediately came up with an innovative and cost effective solution which was achieved to offset this issue, ensuring the budget was not exceeded and no detrimental impacts to the design features were met.
