400 George Street
Situated in the premium end of George Street, number 400 is an iconic Sydney office tower – another jewel in the ever expanding MIRVAC portfolio.
Jointly with Forge Venture management as the Client-side PM, Girvan was engaged to undertake works on levels 10 to 16.
Working with architects Greenbox, the expansive office space was given a partial make-good, re-presentation, stair infill, bathroom, lift lobby upgrade and two new intertenancy feature staircases.
The feature piece is the polished timber staircase, running seamlessly through the floors with timber balustrades and glass walling. The lobby mixes dark browns with fresh whites for a sharp finish on each level.
The works were completed as part of an incredibly tight and challenging program, the client was overwhelmingly pleased with the outcome.
