A complex design, Girvan Group worked closely with Gray Puksand, understood their expectations and delivered the project. The construction took place in a live environment, a busy car park, loading dock, cleaners storage rooms and tenant’s passenger lift lobby. Girvan Group demolished a 200mtr sq raised slab and all walls ceilings fixtures and fittings without impacting tenants.
The project included ‘State of the Art’ green technology in the HVAC system, a structural steel skeleton to support a trafficable void for access to heat exchangers and services, programable lighting and AV.
Remotely controlled secure individual lockers plus the 17 showers. Toileting facilities, grooming stations and a Hydration zone. Further to this were two secure Bicycle Zones, for storage and servicing.
