420 George Street
420 George Street sits amid Sydney’s premier retail precinct and delivers the highest quality office accommodation. The building is efficient, sustainable and stylish – maximising space over 31 levels.
Girvan was engaged by TSA on behalf of building owners and tenants – Investa – to undertake a wide range of works on multiple floors including base building works in partnership with architecture and design firm Gray Puksand, and two speculative suites with Strutt Studios.
On Level 9 and 29 – common corridors and lobbies were stripped out and refitted with plasterboard ceilings, feature lights, polished concrete floors, wall panelling, lift lobby wall tiling and reconfigured services.
Level 20 was also stripped out and the existing tenancy reimagined. The design includes a new wall to split services, and a lift lobby and corridor that matches that created for level 29.
The existing fit outs on level 17 and 18 were demolished in place of two high-end office spaces. Stylish furniture, modular lounge seating and bountiful breakout areas make the suites the perfect canvas for any prospective business.
Feature panelling and booth seating provide privacy around the open areas. Inviting meeting rooms and kitchen space with high-top bench seating complete the floor. Both suites capitalise on the building’s beautiful natural light, and have been finished with the highest quality touches.
