Girvan was commissioned by Growthpoint Properties to execute the meticulous refurbishment and enhancement of 18 bathrooms spread across 5 floors at the prestigious 5 Murray Rose, Olympic Park.
This project encompassed intricate plans and specifications, all of which were executed seamlessly, adhering to the schedule, and coming in under budget.
Our team worked in collaboration with Conrad Gargett Design to complete
the upgrade. The result, a stunning renovation which exudes serenity.
The space includes ceramic tiles, premium fixtures and a soothing colour
palette. The objective of seamlessly melding functionality and elegance
was not only met but surpassed with resounding success.
