Girvan Group was engaged in the creation of the new End of Trip facility upgrade at Sydney’s iconic landmark, 8 Chifley Square for Mirvac. The superior space was designed for tenants to conveniently utilise as well as promote a healthier lifestyle in the commute to the workplace.
The works undertaken involved the reconstruction of the entrance zone, new bike storage facilities, complete male and female amenities upgrades as well as enhancing the design of the external lobby area with the inclusion of planters and seating facilities.
The facility upgrade works compliments the premium building status by providing a fresh and modern approach. The creative design approach of the red beams on the ceiling hallways were inspired by the external streetscape of the building, created for vertical bracing to withstand horizontal wind loads.
