11 Bowden Street

Girvan Group were involved in the successful refurbishment of the Alquemie fit-out and EOTF upgrade located at 11 Bowden St, Alexandria.

Girvan was engaged by Abacus Group to complete the make good upgrade to the warehouse facility in
Alexandria, which featured new meeting rooms, upgrade of carpet tiles
and workstations.

Girvan Group were awarded the Design and Construct contract whilst providing value engineering to the client within budget, schedule and without effecting the design intent.

The overall outcome of the project was a massive success with both the client and Girvan Group, the feedback from the client was an excellent outcome with no defects.
