AM60 EOTF
AM60 is a contemporary office building, standing 21 storeys-tall in the heart of Brisbane’s CBD.
Girvan were engaged by Dexus to reconstruct the new End of Trip Facilities. Working with high quality architects, WMK Architecture, Girvan created exceptional new premium bathroom amenities and bike storage.
The facilities are bright and inviting, with timber and indoor greenery – atop lockers and around the vanities – offering a fresh feel. Stone benchtops have been paired with black tapware, matching the bold framing around the room. Shower spaces continue this theme. The thoughtful design also includes cubby holes for towels and shoes, full length mirrors and top of the range accessories.
A metal cage surrounds the new bike storage space, with pops of blue for colour and a range of lock up options.
