    Girvan Group, partnered with Tall Architects of Melbourne, were contracted by CHUBB Insurance to complete an office fit-out within the Waterfront Place building in Brisbane. Waterfront Place, managed by DEXUS Property Group, is an iconic building in Brisbane’s premier riverside business precinct.

    A short programme to begin with coupled with a live floor of multiple tenants, this office fitout threw up some exciting challenges from the outset. All new design elements integrated seamlessly and minimal noise complaints received from other tenants.

    With construction elements including feature timber walls in the reception, bespoke kitchen and breakout area with a blacked out ceiling, and a DALI lighting control system throughout, the client was extremely satisfied with the finished project.
