Chubb Perth
St Martins Tower, being 34 levels and 133 metres high, was the tallest city building in WA when completed in 1976. State-of-the-art technology is prevalent across all levels and is incorporated into plush surroundings to provide unsurpassed business facilities.
In keeping with the theme established during the previous CHUBB Insurance fitout, sustainable products including feature timber walls in the reception, stone flooring, timber joinery and partitions were predominately used throughout the space.
In addition, a bespoke kitchen / breakout area, electrical, mechanical, fire and hydraulic services, audio visual and workstations also feature. This project experienced the challenge of offsite management of WA trades, but with the utilisation and assistance from a local fitout contractor – CDI Group – a smooth handover was achieved.
