Clinical Trials Centre
Girvan has completed the design, fit-out and refurbishment of the University of Sunshine Coast (UniSC) Clinical Trials Centre (CTC).
The project comprises the refurbishment and fit-out of an additional space alongside UniSC CTC’s existing tenancy including a new an additional 11 beds, centralised nurses’ station, New client amenities and laundry, Clinical & laboratory refurb (existing pharmacy/lab layout and refurb, new pharmacy and new staff dining and breakout space.
The refurbishment and fit-out was delivered in a live clinical environment, where access and egress was maintained for UniSC staff and public throughout the duration of the project.
