The second of many custom designed and built spaces to suit a particular shortfall in the market for flexible meeting rooms and facilities to tenants. Successfully delivered to a premium quality level with high end finishes and state of the art equipment all to a sustainable budget.
Some feature elements in this project were the installation of an observation room for market research and training and a fully functional immersive studio for interstate and international video conference calls.
The project based on market research into the needs of Clients for extra meeting, function and research space. It was designed based on the café culture and alleyways of Melbourne.
