The Scope

1 Market Street is a modern 32-level office building with a 3-level podium and ground floor retail complex. This A-Grade building has a NABERS Energy rating of 4.5 stars.

Working in a live environment our team constructed the End of Trip facility while maintaining an active loading dock working closely with Building Management to coordinate the day to day activities.

The refurbishment works on Levels 7, 17, 24 & 25 were coordinated to minimise the disruption of the tenanted floors. Our team successfully completed the works as scheduled and kept the working environment safe for all occupants.

This project included additional works with the construction of a garbage room facility, the construction & installation of a new grease arrestor & room, upgrading of the existing boiler, and coordinating Lift Motor Room (LMR) upgrades.
