Complete refurbishment of the existing two leveled store with the conversion of three separate tenancies of multi-floor commercial retail space into one store. Large facade works include the installation of Alucabond cladding, glazing, signage works and roofing to the entire Eastern side of the building.
The existing flooring was replaced with new ceramic tiles along with refurbishment works to the ceiling grid. It was successfully delivered in multiple stages to that sections of the store continued to be open to the public allowing Freedom to continue trading during the works.
It has a low VOC with a high level of recycled content and is GECA accredited making it ideal for high impact risk areas in green building projects. Low E glazing was installed to the entire external Level 1 shopfront façade to replace the existing glazing.
