Gateway Business Lounge
At 1 Macquarie Place, Sydney, stands the iconic Gateway tower. Girvan Group successfully completed the entry and lobby works and were re-engaged by Dexus to Design and Construct the Gateway Business Lounge to the Ground Floor entrance creating a café space and a business working hub.
Girvan Group partnered with HOT BLACK Design and coordinated all of the services with D&C contractors to a high-level finish.
This included a commercial grade kitchen and café space, high-spec joinery with a touchless, frictionless customer experience, bespoke furniture and finishes and custom chain mesh ceiling details with integrated lighting within which added exclusive details to the Gateway Business Lounge.
