    The project consists of 4 stages: Lobby refurbishment , Delivery of 2 retail shells, New car park lifts, Dexus Building Management office design and construction. All three projects are interlinked and require careful staging, engineering and planning. The team are carefully coordinating the diversion of the building fire egress pathway in order to complete extension of fire egress, including major structural demolition.

    What some consider a challenge, with strategic planning, the team were able to stage the lobby works to accommodate working within a live environment and maintaining clear and clean access for all building occupants of the A-Grade commercial building.

    The team also integrated and coordinated with existing building services and systems whilst maintaing BCA compliance to new works whilst integrating to existing dated systems.
