After the successful completion of six tenancy suites on Level 41, Girvan Group was subsequently appointed to complete four additional high-end leasing suites on Level 44 of the iconic Grosvenor Place building.
Known as the Sky Suites, these suites sit at the highest point in the building and focus on two elements – style and functionality, with each housing modern kitchens, private meeting rooms and boardrooms. Panoramic southern city views provide the perfect backdrop to these innovative workspaces.
With Grosvenor Place focused on delivering high-end leasing suites that would appeal to all prospective tenants, our motivation was to provide four uniquely refined and polished suites with quality finishes that reflected the product being offered.
