    Home to some of Australia’s most influential private offices, 488 Queen Street is an outstanding contemporary office tower. A fast turn around, restricted budget and no natural light in the space; this office fit-out threw up some exciting challenges from the outset. Speed to market was a key element to the programme without compromising on the design or client’s needs.

    With construction elements including feature timber walls in the reception made from recycled timber, bespoke kitchen/breakout space with a clean and crisp aesthetic, and meeting rooms that give maximum design features whilst being practical to give JR Finance’s staff the functional space they need to operate out of.
