Girvan was engaged by Dexus to undertake a full floor fit-out on level 11, creating three speculative suites as well as upgrades to the lift lobby and base building amenities.
Across the 1400sqm floor the contemporary suites vary in size, and have been thoughtfully curated in partnership with designers CREO Design group to cater to a range of prospective tenants. A distinctive style, with bright tones of fresh white and timber, carries seamlessly from office to office.
The marble white and charcoal lift lobby opens to reception-waiting rooms – with feature panelled ceiling and walls, styled with modern lounge chairs. Wooden herringbone parquet flooring adds intricate detail throughout the office space. Glass walled meeting and board rooms draw in the building’s natural light, finished with burnt orange or cream chairs and calming greenery.
Smart open-plan kitchens with industrial style ceilings offer a range of seating options, allowing the space to double as a breakout zone. Wooden panelling provides privacy, a detail repeated across the floor as a striking design element. Soft curves continue from the counter top and tables, matching the rounded design of the lounge chairs that welcome staff and guests to the suites.
Black marble bathrooms boast panelled ceilings, gold tapware and striking back-lit mirrors. Sophisticated feature lighting and high-spec finishes complete the high-end suites.
