Girvan Group was engaged by Dexus to complete the speculative suites at Level 13, Waterfront Place Brisbane. Girvan Group was joined by Bearspace in the Design and Construct project in one of Brisbanes most sought after commercial buildings. The tenancies were designed to appeal to a wide range of prospective clients. The suites creating a corporate, high end feel for accountants or law firms.

Girvan group alongside Bearspace delivered these speculative suites within programme and to budget including lessor works to a new corridor, shopfront, LED lights and ceiling tiles.
