L14 & 15 Aurora Place
JLL engaged Girvan Group to create two speculative suites on Levels 14 and 15 for leasing. The works were inclusive of full refurbishments to the vacant tenancies as well as some minor lobby works which addressed access issues from the inconsistent floor levels at the entry point of the suites.
The design ensured any tenant would be able to bring in their own branding given the neutral colour palette been used.
Girvan Group ensured programme was met even though the corridor works weren’t part of the original scope and handed over one week earlier which was a delight for our client.
