Girvan Group, alongside Indzine and Strutt Studios recently handed over the speculative suites at Level 16 and 19,2 Park Street.
Girvan Group were engaged by JLL to complete the D&C Contract. The intenet for design was to create a space with a point of difference. The project involved a complete refurbishment of both levels, taking a fresh approach to the space, creating an open plan layout with room for future growth.
The space is fit for any company and is complete with an inviting entry sand a flexible working environment including breakout spaces for staff and clients. This project was complete within budget with a quick turnaround creating a fantastic outcome for both the client and future tenants.
