Girvan Group were engaged by Charter Hall to upgrade and refresh the existing tenancy located on Level 23 of 275 George Street located within Brisbance City. The works consisted of Lobby and bathroom upgrades, it also included a complete refresh of the exsisting floor plan and speculative suites.
Some of the challenges we faced within the refurbishment included sourcing the furniture within the appropriate timeframe however Girvan Group were successful within the delivery and went above and beyond to meet the Clients needs.
With minimal disruption to the existing cliental and an early handover within budget, Charter Hall were happy with our delivery and the extra effort which was made by the Girvan team for a successful outcome.
