With Dexus focused on delivering high-end leasing suites that would appeal to all prospective tenants, our motivation was to provide six uniquely refined and polished suites with quality finishes that reflected the product being offered.
Sustainability was taken into account when fitting both suites, with the equipment of sensors and timers on air conditioning units to control its usage. Vinyl floor was also replaced in reception areas with timber and tiles. Along with timber flooring, timber feature screens and ceilings, fabric blinds, stone splash backs and stone tiles were used throughout the suites.
