L30 Chifley Square
Level 30, Chifley Tower involved the delivery of 2 Speculative Suites over an existing single tenancy area, with the inclusion of a revised design for the existing floor corridors (the floor currently has 5 separate tenancies).
The logistics and coordination of deliveries were crucial. Protection and logistic routes were issued to contractors to ensure the corridor was completed on time and with minimal disruption to the existing tenants and without causing damage to the finished corridor.
The design of Level 30 included window style glazing the the boardroom, meeting rooms and reception. Level 30, was delivered on time and defect free.
