68 Pitt Street
68 Pitt Street sits on one of the busiest intersections in Sydney’s CBD, offering access to everything the city has to offer. The building boasts three sides of natural light and a plethora of new business facilities.Girvan was engaged by property groups Charter Hall and Savills on a large, multi-level contract to renew office spaces for potential tenants.
The project was delivered in partnership with designers Gray Puksand and includes four levels of speculative suites, eight levels of lobby upgrades and eight levels of bathroom upgrades. The modern suites have been thoughtfully designed with functionality to suit a broad range of prospective businesses.
Each level features meeting rooms, welcome lounges, breakout spaces and open plan work areas, finished with warm neutral colours and natural greenery. The lobbies were completed with soft timber cladding and slick polished concrete.
