Level 7, 7 Macquarie Place
Girvan was engaged to transform the existing workspace on Level 7 at 7 Macquarie Place, Sydney, with a full refurbishment designed by La Lina Design Studios. The new fit-out features a clean, contemporary aesthetic with open-plan layouts, soft tones, and an emphasis on natural light to create a calm and collaborative environment.
Thoughtful spatial planning and considered detailing helped bring clarity and flow to the reimagined workspace. To reduce waste and deliver cost efficiency, the design retained and integrated existing services, infrastructure, and select fit-out elements.
Girvan worked closely with the design team to ensure seamless coordination between new and existing components, maintaining consistency across the build. The result is a refined, functional space that blends elements of the original character with modern design, brought to life through Girvan’s attention to detail and commitment to quality.
