Sharp, smart, and brimming with break-out zones, Girvan’s speculative suite fit-out at the Premium Grade 2 Park Street in Sydney is the ideal blank canvas for any modern business.
Engaged by JLL, Girvan worked with InDzine to reimagine the space on level 12 – transforming it into a much sought-after office floor with state-of-the-art amenities.
Works included a new warm and inviting waiting area and reception, and multiple collaboration zones. Existing workspaces and meeting rooms were given a refresh, while the kitchen was elevated to encourage more staff to use it productively as a space to gather and connect.
Neutral tones of black, tan, and cream glow in the natural light flooding through the office’s floor-to-ceiling windows. Asymmetric glass creatively frames private rooms, while feature panelling partitions welcoming quieter spaces. High top share tables and booth seating promote collaboration throughout, with thoughtfully placed furniture to bring team members together. The works recycled infrastructure where possible, to ensure the build achieved sustainability targets.
