Situated in Brisbane’s bustling riverside business precinct, Waterfront Place is one of the Golden Triangle’s most sought-after corporate addresses. Girvan was engaged to overhaul the office space on level 19, to enable the client to expand their business.
Working with designer Comuniti, Girvan created a main tenancy fit-out with a boutique entrance, fresh reception area to welcome clients, two meeting rooms, an IT area, and an industrial-style café breakout area styled with a stone kitchen and herringbone flooring. The latter was centered around the excellent view this space offers of the heritage-listed story bridge.
Staff were at the forefront of this project, with the remaining area developed into a workspace for the company’s future growth. The space also included a sub-tenancy fit-out with a meeting room, workspace and kitchen area. The client was thrilled with the end product, making special note of their love for working with Girvan.
