Situated in a prime position in one of Sydney CBD’s busiest intersections, 68 Pitt Street puts you firmly center stage of the city’s vibrant energy. Girvan collaborated with Forge Venture Management to complete the Speculative Suite upgrade of Level 2, 68 Pitt Street.
Partnering with Gray Puksand, Girvan transformed the 900sqm space to provide functionality to both speculative suites. The refurbishment included purpose-built meeting rooms, breakout spaces and a stylish lobby upgrade.
The suites offer warm, welcoming tones which were created using special paint features. The fresh approach resulted in a light-filled, tonal space with sleek laminate finishes.
