10 Eagle Street
The project involved the 25 year-old existing office configuration to be demolished and revamped into a modern and sophisticated Speculative Suite.
The simple and tasteful finishes work well for styling, and were accompanied by sensor and LED Troffer lighting. The Suites were completed within a tight timeframe and with consideration to budgetary constraints.
The design and delivery was well received by our client Dexus and prospective tenants, and Girvan Group were commended on minimal defects upon completion.
