Level 20 & 21 | 99 Walker Street
Girvan was engaged by MostynCopper, acting on behalf of Abacus Group, to undertake the Abacus Flex Fit Out on Levels 20 and 21 of 99 Walker Street. In partnership with HOT BLACK, Girvan succeeded in completely transforming the space.
The scope of the project encompassed the lobby, amenity upgrade, workroom conversion, installation of an accessible lift, and stair upgrade, all of which were delivered within a tight program.
Abacus Group and Mostyn Copper were more than pleased with the end result. The two levels boast an abundance of natural light and sweeping views of the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge and other prominent landmarks. The versatile areas cater to any tenant’s needs. The extensive use of blackbutt timber imbues the space with a cosy ambiance, while terrazzo stone and polished concrete add a touch of sophistication.
