Girvan Group were appointed by Dexus, to partner up with Bearspace Design and proudly deliver the Speculative Suite on Level 21, 12 Creek Street, Brisbane.
After demolition and removal of existing walls and fittings, new plasterboard was installed throughout including a new ceiling at the entry.
Along with new floor coverings, new services, new custom joinery, and new workstations, new fresh and funky features were installed that makes this suite an instant standout.
