Level 23 & 24 Australia Square
Girvan Group recently delivered a fit-out for Dexus, GPT and Solutions Consulting (SCA), in collaboration with ORK design, across Level 24 and Level 23 of a premium workplace tenancy at Australia Square. The scope included two brand-new spec suites on Level 24, alongside a full-floor retrofit and refresh of Level 23. A project that called for precision, flexibility, and close collaboration between design and delivery teams throughout.
The finished spaces reflect a considered, contemporary design language throughout. Curved glass-walled meeting rooms and a sweeping, organically shaped floor plan work in harmony with the building’s distinctive round form, while a rich material palette of natural timber veneers, stone bench tops, and statement pendant lighting brings warmth and sophistication to every zone.
Generous breakout areas, plush bouclé furnishings, and curated artwork create inviting spaces for informal collaboration, while a series of boardrooms and meeting rooms, from intimate four-person settings to a large 16-seat boardroom support every scale of client and team interaction. The result is a refreshed, functional workplace that reflects both our client’s requirements and Girvan’s strength in navigating complex, fast-moving fit-out environments.
