Girvan Group recently moved into a new office located on Level 30, 1 Eagle Street, Brisbane. The move into the larger office was driven by continual growth of the Queensland business. This iconic building, overseen by Dexus, stands in Brisbane’s prime riverside business precinct.
The new design elements integrated seamlessly with the existing fit out. A key focus for the project was sustainability. The new open plan design is another example of Girvan’s ability to reuse existing elements to achieve a modern functional workspace.
The workspace includes Bluetooth connectivity for ambient music, French wash feature wall, acoustic walls, lightly refurbished kitchen and floors, sophisticated meeting rooms that utilisled the existing feature ceilings. All of the new and existing design features complimented each other to create a harmonious environment.
